• Intellicast does weather forcasting.
• The Weather Underground a site that has detailed weather stats (though not a very long range forecast) on various places. They have a stripped down version for your Cell Phone (which I kind of prefer). I like to see the weather in:

• University Corporation for Atmospheric Research
• National Oceanic and Atomospheric Administration has their graphical forcasts and National Hurricane Center . They also offer RSS News Feeds that have Current Weather Conditions observed at various weather stations.

• NASA's Climate and Radiation group has an FTP server with satelite photos. Their Remote Sensing Data group also has some interesting stuff on their FTP server.
• National Radio Astronomy Observatory (the used to keep weather satelite photos on their FTP server, but no longer...)
• Thinking Machines Corp. has an FTP server with weather maps
• Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Purdue
• Department of Atmospheric Sciences at University of Illinois at Champaign
• Space Science and Engineering Center at The University of Wisconsin at Madison has some satelite photos on their FTP server
• Travel Advisories (the type of info you get from dialing 511)
• DOT's Federal Highway Administration's pages on Traffic and Road Closure Information has information broken down state by state and often has links to pages on travel advisories...
